Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after placing an order.
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately via our [Contact Page]. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer guarantee cancellation.
60-Night Risk-Free Trial
We believe comfort takes time to truly experience. If you don’t love your Shiny Mum product within 60 nights of receiving it, you are entitled to a refund.

If you are still not satisfied, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your order and process your refund.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days once the return is received and approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
All orders are packed with care, but if an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right immediately with a free replacement or full refund.

Refunds
